We’ve sorted your wardrobe and your home, and now it’s time to sort your beauty shelf with our brand new fragrance – which is bound to become your favourite everyday scent.
Two sophisticated scents, Homme and Femme, which are the result of a close collaboration between French Connection’s in house team and two globally renowned perfumers. The scented duo are a blend of high quality ingredients expertly infused to create two contemporary scents for the modern French Connection man and woman.
Perfumer Philippe Romano is the nose behind French Connection Woman/Femme Eau de Toilette, a soft, romantic scent that is designed to inspire compliments. The fragrance opens with fresh subtle notes of apple and mandarin and then moves on quickly to the heart of the blend where delicate hints of neroli come through. White cedar and musk’s round out the blend and leave behind a notable, feminine scent.French Connection Man/Homme Eau de Toilette, created by Perfumer Corinne Cachen is a subtle, spiced scent that evokes a sense of masculinity. The fragrance opens with a warm frosted sage and is grounded by notes of violet leaves and the rich, smooth smell of sandalwood. The lasting gourmand blend is thanks to the base note of tonka bean.
To celebrate the release of our new fragrance, we invited some of the industries most esteemed beauty fans to come and try out the fragrance, find out how it was made, how we decided which notes to include and ultimately, do a bit of celebrating.
Step inside the exclusive launch event.
Hosted at Restaurant Ours which was decked out with stunning foliage and floral arrangements, the restaurant was the perfect setting to complement our new scents.
The table was adorned with flowers, candles and goodie bags – filled to the brim with the best French Connection products.
Our guests sipped on champagne and cocktails, until a dinner of sharing plates was served. FYI, Restaurant Ours chocolate bomb = the bomb.
We, of course, ensured that there was time for our guests (and us, obviously!) to capture the setting because when you’re somewhere that Instagrammable, you’d be crazy not to jump at the opportunity.
