UK returns are FREE using the returns portal. You have 28 days
from the date of your purchase, to return your item to us for a refund.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

For International returns you will need to pay for the cost of your return.

HOMEWARE RETURNS

We do not currently offer free returns on homeware. You will therefore need to cover all costs of returning any items to us yourself.

Two-man delivery items can be picked up by French Connection. You will be charged for this service, which will be deducted from your refund amount. Please call Customer Services on 0333 400 3285 or contact@frenchconnection.com to check if your purchase qualifies for a return pick up and for applicable charges.

Returning your items to us is quick and easy. Simply click on the link below to start your return.

1. Repack your unwanted products using its original packaging or other non see-through packaging

2. Enter your order number (e.g. UK47224) and email address

3. Select the items you wish to return and specify your reason

4. Select your preferred return method

5. You can download your unique QR code or print label to be presented at your chosen carrier. A copy of this will be also sent to your email address

6. Seal your package and send via your chosen carrier on the returns portal

7. Once we receive your return at the warehouse, you’ll be notified by email

The following items may not be returned for refund, unless faulty: items with a security or hygiene seal or label, if the seal or label is broken, or has been tampered with.

We are not currently able to offer exchanges on any of our products. If you would like a different item, size or colour, please return your purchase to us for a refund, and place a new order.
