International Happiness Day 2020

Author Editor - 1 minute read

It's international happiness day today, and we're doing everything we can to stay optimistic.

Whether that's wearing positive messages across our clothes, listening to podcasts, practicing wellness, or just cooking a delicious lunch while we can in these work-from-home days, we're appreciating the little things in life.

The Graphic Tee

We're making a statement this international happiness day in graphic tees with messages of love and happiness.

In this trying time, we've decided to go bold, wearing comfortable t-shirts adorned with the optimistic messages we want to see in the world. If we can't come together in numbers, we can at least come together in a positive mindset, looking out to the future with open arms in the hope that something great is coming.

This year, we're focusing on what brings us together in a time when it's become necessary to keep apart. With countries closing their borders, and people all over the world going into self-isolation, we're looking for ways to stay positive and stick together.

Whether that's wearing a literal message of 'love' on our clothes, utilising languages to remind ourselves of the global struggle, or following the good news that's around in the world, we're here with optimism and happiness.

The Perfect Podcast

Whilst taking care with our outfits, we're being mindful of what we listen to. In Happy Place, Fearne Cotton speaks to famous people about their activities, speaking through their strengths, weaknesses, and how they stay happy. This is all in attempt to help us mere mortals find our inner happy, even in the uncertain world we're now faced with.

Highlights include conversations with Tom Kerridge, Nadiya Hussein, Ellie Goulding and Ludocivo Einaudi.

We know that with the constant stream of what seems like worrying news, it can be tricky to stay positive. So we want you to let us know how you're staying happy at the moment, use #MYFC to keep us up to date with your top tips.

Keep calm, stay wise, and be kind.
